Kings Day in Quimixto

Here are some photos from our Quimixto Trip on Kings Day. Cheryl’s Shoebox was able to supply shoes for all the kids once again.

This event is run by Marcy McCaan and has been part of her life for the last 27 years.

Marcy gathers support of over 200 amigos that donate their time and money to provide toys, school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, paint, ceiling fans, lighting, food and more.

Her efforts have grown to include year round support in forms of scholarships, donations to the Quimixito mini medical centre and the new medical center in Boca de Tomatlan.
